Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain English, but they are not a substitute for a signed consulting agreement. By using this website, its public tools, or its contact and inquiry flows, you agree to the terms below.

1.Website and Tool Use

The questionnaire-based AI Opportunity Snapshot and ROI calculators provide directional information only. The public Prospect Engine tour uses a fictional business and does not research visitors. A Business Opportunity Review is a separate, requested review of public business information; a person reviews findings before they are shared. The on-site AI assistant can make mistakes and is not professional advice. None of these is a guarantee of revenue, savings, rankings, reviews, compliance, or any other business outcome.

2.Consulting Work

Custom and quoted work, including implementation, workshops, ongoing support, and any service described as custom quoted or priced "from" an amount, is governed by a separate written agreement, scope, or statement of work. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, intellectual property, and confidentiality are governed by that written agreement or statement of work, not by this page.

These website terms govern fixed-price purchases made through this website, including the payment terms in section 3 below.

3.Payment Terms

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and apply to the service as described on the page where they appear. A service marked "from" a price, or described as custom quoted, is scoped and priced in writing before work begins.

Fixed-price services may be paid online. Custom and quoted work is invoiced. Invoices are due on receipt unless a written agreement says otherwise.

A custom project may require a deposit of 50 percent before work is scheduled. The deposit is credited against the final invoice for that project.

A purchase or a paid deposit reserves the engagement. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Work begins when AI-Disruptors starts research, preparation, analysis, meetings, or delivery of materials for the engagement.

A fixed-price purchase may be refunded in full before work begins. Work already performed is not refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

To request cancellation or a refund, email info@ai-disruptors.com before work begins.

Recurring services continue until cancelled. A recurring service may be cancelled by emailing info@ai-disruptors.com before the next billing period begins. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded.

Work may pause on an invoice that is more than 10 days overdue. No late fee applies unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. AI-Disruptors does not store full payment card numbers. How payment information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

4.No Professional or Regulated Advice

AI-Disruptors may help with business workflows, automation, and strategy. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice through this website.

5.Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected. Its section Tools on this site explains what the chatbot, forms and other tools on this website send, and to whom.
