Because the first ten people who use Strategy Studio professionally will shape what it becomes. I want them to be people I already know: from AI Foundations, Business Automation, the entrepreneur cohort. Their feedback is worth more than the price difference. Once the cohort is full, it closes. Future practitioners pay $197.
Is this a Katalyst replacement?
No. Strategy Studio is the consulting brain that feeds Katalyst. Studio handles intake, research, proposals, methodology, the work that requires judgment. Katalyst handles automated SDR sequences, pipeline automation, and operational scale. The upcoming Katalyst integration will push qualified leads from Studio into Katalyst with full context attached.
What if I'm just starting out?
Honestly? Wait. Strategy Studio is built for consultants who already have clients and want to professionalize how they run the practice. If you're pre-revenue, you don't need this yet. You need to close your first three engagements. Come back when you have real volume to manage. I'll be here when you do.
Do I need technical skills?
For Charter and Studio tiers, no, the onboarding call covers everything. You'll need an Anthropic API key (we walk you through it) and access to a browser. That's it. Single-file architecture means no installations, no servers to manage. The Atelier tier includes done-for-you setup.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is yours, exported in clean JSON, anytime. Cancel month-to-month with no penalty (annual subscribers receive prorated refunds). The local-first architecture means your prospect data lives on your devices, not on my server. You can keep using your last installed version of Strategy Studio indefinitely after canceling. You just lose access to updates and support.
Will you eventually sell this on the open market?
Yes, and the founders will already have been using it for a year by then. Public pricing is planned for $297/mo or higher once the community cohort proves the model. Founding members will have priced certainty, product credibility, and case studies to point to. That's the whole point of the Charter.
